Welcome to Yoga in Daily Life

We share the time-honored heritage of practical Yoga science, which is the Sanathan Dharma, in a modern setting,
it’s undiluted, and so shares the immense potential that is Yoga, the Union of the Individual Self with the Universal Consciousness.

Help Feed our local Indian labourers

Our Ashram in Jadan is supporting the local Indians during the National COVID-19 Lockdown. Many of the local labour class people live simply day by day from their work in the fields. Now that all are being asked to stay at home, many people simply don't have resources to buy the family food. The Indian Government has asked our Jadan Ashram (and all institutions like ours throughout India) to help at this time of crisis, to feed the millions of labour class citizens in the heart of India.
